We are in the heart of the holiday season which means we are busy, busy, busy. This also makes it hard to stay on track with our habits. I know a lot of us will need a little kick start to get back on track once the holidays are over. 

Starting January 9th we are going to have a 30 day challenge to help you, your friends and your family get back to those good habits. This is open to anyone that would like to participate because we all know it’s easier with company. 

This challenge is $89 and includes a one on one consultation before the challenge starts to go over goals and find a personalized nutrition plan that works for you; Before and After InBody scans; measurements; a private Facebook group to share wins, struggles, recipes and more. 

You will get daily points for things like sticking to your nutrition plan, drinking 1/2 your body weight in oz of water, working out and weekly challenges. The winner will receive 1 free month of nutrition coaching!

Deadline to register is Dec 30th. 

Starting January 1 there will be a price increase for drop ins and punch cards. Drop ins will now be $25 and 10 class punch cards will go up to $200. 

Due to low class attendance on holiday’s we will only have one class at 9:30 on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. We know that some of you like to get a workout in before the festivities so we want to offer gym time. If more than 10 people sign up we will make accommodations.

We are switching to Stream Fitness! Stream will be taking the place of Zenplanner and Sugarwod. Now everything will be in one place! Watch your inbox for details on how to set up your profile. We will have everything moved over by the end of the month.

2022 is almost over. That means it is time to make new goals for 2023! Now is the time to think about what you want the year to look like and make a plan to accomplish those goals. One of my favorite sayings is “A goal with out a plan is just a wish.” So get with a coach so we can help you plan out  your goals.
